Our experience at the 2nd AFE&APCE Congress

The 2nd Congress organized by AFE - Asociación de Ferias Españolas and APCE - Asociación de Palacios y Congresos de España gave us a valuable opportunity to collaborate and connect with industry leaders. At Xeria Digital, we are proud to have contributed to this important event, held from 3 to 6 July at the BEC in Bilbao. It was a key meeting point for industry professionals, where we had the opportunity to foster innovation and the exchange of ideas that strengthen our industry.

A congress full of inspiration and opportunities

Under the motto “Legacies that transform”, this congress brought together around 240 experts to analyse the positive impact of trade fairs and congresses. At Xeria Digital, our commitment to innovation and digital transformation led us to participate actively, sharing our vision and solutions with other industry leaders.

The programme addressed crucial topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, talent management and strategic procurement. These issues drive us to continue developing solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability and attendees’ experience.

In addition to the presentations and debates, we enjoyed valuable networking opportunities, connecting with other professionals, exchanging ideas and building new relationships. These interactions are essential to strengthen our community and build a solid future for the events industry.
